Liability Waiver for Participants *

As an individual participant or representative of an organization in the Cedar Springs Christmas Parade and related events presented by the Cedar Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (CSACOC), the undersigned hereby fully releases and discharges the CSACOC, the City of Cedar Springs, and each organization's officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims for injuries (including death), damages, or loss that I/we may have or that may occur as a result of my/our participation in the parade. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the CSACOC, the City of Cedar Springs, and their officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries (including death) and losses of our agents, volunteers, and employees arising out of or in any way associated with participation in the Cedar Springs Christmas Parade and its events. By signing, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the Parade Rules & Regulations. I understand that failure to comply with all stated rules and regulations may result in the removal of our entry from this and future parades.
